Take A Swing!

The UHC Foundation is a 501(c) (3) nonprofit organization dedicated to providing resources to improve the health and quality of life for members of our community. The UHC Foundation was established to support community programs that extend beyond the scope of primary healthcare services in rural communities.

The UHC Foundation will host its annual Golf Tournament on Monday, October 15, 2018 at Ridge Creek Golf Club in Dinuba, CA. Registration will begin at 10 AM with a shotgun start at 11 AM. Enjoy a fun day on the course with lots of activites, food, and great prizes! We ask for your support as a sponsor and/ or donation of a raffle item, and/ or by participating in our tournament. All proceeds benefit the numerous programs and services offered to youth and families living in underserved communities.

The collaboration between YMCA and the UHC Foundation sends nearly 80 children to Summer Camp annually where elementary aged students gain leadership, social and communication skills through their week long team building experiences in the beautiful Sequoia National Park. One week at camp valued at $650.00.

The UHC Foundation supports the expansion of the Patient Transportation Program that provides rides for UHC patients to and from their health center appointments. The program is offered at all health center locations but limited by days of availability until sufficient vehicles and drivers are added to the fleet of passenger vans. One new passenger van is valued at $25,000.00.
