United Health Centers (UHC) has been proudly serving the Central Valley community, since 1971, delivering high-quality, compassionate care to those in need. As a cornerstone of health and wellness in the region, UHC achieved a significant milestone with its accreditation as a Sponsoring Institution in Q3 2023. This accreditation marked the foundation of UHC’s Graduate Medical Education (GME) program.
UHC's Internal Medicine Program will be reviewed by the ACGME's Internal Medicine Review Committee on April 25-26, 2025. Pending its approval and receipt of initial accreditation status, the Internal Medicine program is set to begin this summer for the 2025/2026 academic year. This achievement reinforces UHC's unwavering commitment to enhancing healthcare access, training future physicians, and continuing its mission to serve the community with excellence and dedication.
